3. WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?
USPS, FEDEX and UPS. We do offer the owners to show up on donkeys for major holidays and birthdays. Put in your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Put "TRAVEL REQUEST:" in the subject line.
4. ARE YOU GUYS DIRECT DESCENDANTS OF JUAN VALDEZ?
This is also a false rumor. Although we love our Colombian Coffee and use it in some of our blends, we are in no way related to the fictional character or the 3 men that have played the role since 1958.
5. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? HOW DO I TRACK IT?
When we ship out your package, an automatic email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email, you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. Contact us if you do not recieve this said email.
6. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?
We offer flat rate shipping for most orders based on the destination, order weight, and shipping service. So it varies, but we do our absolute best to keep the cost low.
7. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all over the world.
8. DO Y'ALL SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?
All day everyday! The rate applies to the APO facility's zip code in the United States. Be sure to enter the country as United States, the city as APO or FPO, the state as Armed Forces Europe (AE), Armed Forces Pacific (AP), or Armed Forces America (AA), and the APO zip code. The tracking information will only tell you when the order gets to the facility, then it's in the military's hands to get it there, so please be as specific as possible with the unit when filling in the address information.
9. IF I MESSED UP ENTERING MY ORDER HOW CAN I CHANGE IT?
Since we offer our "Deadly Fresh" guarantee, we roast and ship fairly quick. We recommend emailing (email@example.com) or calling us (1-724-252-2161) IMMEDIATELY if there is an issue with your order. Your email should include "CHANGE ORDER #" in the subject line. Our customer service team is available for immediate order changes Monday through Friday from 9am - 7pm EST.
10. IS IT TRUE THAT YOU SOUNDFORGE YOUR COFFEE?
This is a false rumor. This is also bad science. We would like to think you can, so we do have many of our favorite rock and punks bands on the daily playlist on the roasting floor.
But at this time we do not see any direct correlation nor have we seen any of our blends benefit from blasting our favorite metal, rock or punk up to 11!
11. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS AND CAN I TRADE YOU MY PET GOAT?
Sorry at this time we do not take live animals for trade. However we do take all major forms of credit cards and bank debit cards. You can also pay via PayPal or Amazon Pay.
12. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Everything but coffee can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. You can choose for it to be replaced, returned or refunded. If its undamaged we can do all 3 for the original purchase price. If its worn or damaged we will need to assess where it got damaged and the circumstance. Coffee at this time can not be returned. 13. IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
It is very safe to order online, unless you are drunk. We have seen many drunk orders come across the screen where we couldnt tell who to send it to or where. Please stay sober long enough to order. You do your part and we'll do ours by keeping your information safe and by only using the top technologies and payment processors like PayPal, Amazon and Shopify. We got you on this. #staybrewtal
14. HOW DO I STORE MY COFFEE?
We tell everyone to keep it in a dark airtight sealed container (like our coffee bags with zip seals) also at room temperature with at a normal humidty level. Whole beans will keep for a longer time than ground coffee. Ground coffee stays decently fresh for up to 4 weeks. We recommend consuming it right away though!
15. HOW DO I BREW MY COFFEE?
The choice is solely yours. Most people that choose to get creative with it may use a siphon method. Some prefer the do it yourself attitude of a Chemex. Those who are campers or on the go may choose to keep it simple via an Aeropress. The masses choose for the most part to use a drip style coffee maker. However you do it, make sure you match your grinds to your preferred brewing method. Learn more here: Lets talk about that grind!
